Information

All orders are £1.00 P&P, irrelevant of order size to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom are priced according to their weight.  We aim to get United Kingdom orders to you within 2 days. Orders placed for delivery  outside the UK are sent by airmail and leave our workshop with 3 days of receipt of your order. Payment processing is via Paypal.

You can either pay by using your Paypal account or if you do not have one you can use your debit/credit card details without logging into Paypal.You can also call us to place an order over the phone by calling us directly on 01454 222702  to arrange payment.

Returns Policy

If you decide that you would like to cancel your order, you can do so anytime from placing your order up to 7 working days after the day on which you received the goods.

You will need to inform us by post, email or fax and we will offer you a refund in full. In case of any damages or incorrect products you should inform us within 3 days of receipt of the order. We will arrange with you to return goods for a replacement, a full replacement or a refund - whichever is most suitable.

All prices shown are in British Pounds Sterling. The prices shown are valid for sales worldwide.
